The Port is governed by a five-member commission who are elected by registered Port District voters. Regular Port Commission meetings are held each month at the Port of Umatilla office.
Commissioners are elected to four-year terms. Their purpose is to strategically guide the activities and developments at the Port of Umatilla for the benefit of the community.
